OCN Nutrition, a French sports nutrition specialist, approached us after being disappointed by several service providers tasked with optimizing their Shopify store. Their goal: a visually appealing and professional redesign that would boost athletes' confidence and significantly improve e-commerce performance.

To address their need to improve conversion rates, we first conducted a comprehensive CRO heuristic audit, accompanied by a detailed action plan – a document of nearly 60 pages – targeting UX/UI friction points, conversion and upsell opportunities, and technical optimizations.

We then developed a visual identity that was both modern and professional, aligned with the brand's premium image. The product pages were redesigned from the ground up: high-resolution image carousels, highlighting benefits for athletes and much more visual offers, dynamic recommendations, and cross-selling.

On the development side, we started with a premium theme and leveraged all the flexibility of Shopify to create a truly bespoke experience, improving loading speed and ensuring smooth navigation on mobile.

The results speak for themselves: a 126% jump in conversion rate and a 9% increase in average basket value, in the first few weeks after launch.
