The work done for Bell’s Cookies went beyond a visual redesign. By analyzing the customer journey, bundles, subscriptions, cart, mobile experience, and tracking, we built a clearer, more fluid, and conversion-optimized Shopify store.

This method is part of our comprehensive Shopify CRO audit approach, designed to identify purchasing barriers before prioritizing the most effective optimizations.

The results were significant, with a 101% increase in sales compared to the previous period, and gains were observed across all key indicators: traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and purchase frequency.

Furthermore, we placed strong emphasis on new features (subscriptions, bundles, email marketing with Klaviyo...), page loading speed, implementing robust visitor and event tracking, and optimizing technical SEO.
