The Shopify store Mathilde Ma Muse contacted us in the face of a significant drop in the performance of its e-commerce, affecting sales, conversion rates and average basket. The challenge was to identify the causes of this situation in order to reverse the trend.

Our approach began with a deep dive into the data, looking at stats from Shopify, Google Analytics, and Meta to go beyond what was visible on the site. This exploration helped us better understand the flaws and guide the solutions to be implemented.

Based on this analysis, we conducted a complete audit, combining a heuristic evaluation and a concrete action plan. This step is essential to design an optimized sales funnel and a design that is perfectly consistent with the brand identity. Everything was carefully developed on the Shopify platform.
