The Haute Parfumerie Maison BRUME ORPIN asked us to redesign its Shopify store with three clear objectives: improve the design to be more aligned with luxury codes, optimize the user experience and quickly generate a measurable impact on online sales.

x3 ON CONVERSION RATE IN 3 MONTHS THANKS TO A TARGETED SHOPIFY REDESIGN

From the very first discussions, our mission with Brume Orpin was clear: to transform their Shopify store into a real growth driver. To achieve this, we began with a comprehensive audit of the existing site to diagnose pain points and identify concrete opportunities to improve the user journey.

We then carried out a phased redesign, working both on the visual aspect, with a more immersive design perfectly aligned with luxury codes, and on commercial performance (CRO). Each section of the site was redesigned to guide the user more effectively towards the purchase: simplified navigation, highlighting of flagship products, more strategic layout of content.

At the same time, we integrated marketing tools like Klaviyo, allowing us to set up automated scenarios (cart abandonment, post-purchase reminders, newsletters), with the aim of increasing purchase frequency and retaining existing customers.

Result: in just 3 months, the conversion rate was multiplied by 3.
