To address their need to establish a more premium brand positioning while increasing sales, we conducted a thorough audit of their Shopify store. This heuristic CRO analysis resulted in a structured action plan covering UX/UI redesign, clarity of the mobile-first journey, conversion optimization, and increases in average order value and purchase frequency.

The initial results, with the site having just been launched, are very promising, with a clear increase in mobile engagement, more items added to the cart and an expected improvement in key KPIs as the new journeys take hold.

Furthermore, we strongly emphasized the implementation of new features (email marketing with Klaviyo, customizable discovery box, redesigned menu to facilitate finding the right product…), page loading speed, and technical SEO optimization to sustainably support growth.
