To meet their need to assert a more premium brand positioning while increasing sales, we undertook a thorough audit of their Shopify store. This heuristic CRO analysis led to a structured action plan covering UX/UI redesign, mobile-first journey clarity, conversion optimization, increased average cart value, and purchase frequency.

The initial results, with the site having just gone live, are very promising, showing a clear increase in mobile engagement, more additions to the cart, and an expected progression in key KPIs as the new journeys become established.

Furthermore, we heavily emphasized the implementation of new features (email-marketing with Klaviyo, customizable discovery set, redesigned menu to facilitate finding the right product…), page loading speed, and technical SEO optimization to sustainably support growth.
