To meet their need to assert a more premium brand positioning while increasing sales, we undertook a thorough audit of their Shopify store. This heuristic CRO analysis led to a structured action plan covering UX/UI redesign, mobile-first journey clarity, conversion optimization, increased average cart value, and purchase frequency.

The initial results, with the site having just gone live, are very promising, showing a clear increase in mobile engagement, more additions to the cart, and an expected progression in key KPIs as the new journeys become established.
