To meet their need to increase sales, we undertook an in-depth audit of their Shopify store. This CRO heuristic analysis allowed us to design a structured action plan - a document of nearly 70 pages - targeting all the improvements to be implemented on the new Shopify site: UX/UI optimizations, improvement of conversion, increase in the average order value, strengthening customer loyalty, brand image...

The results were significant, with a 101% increase in sales compared to the previous period and gains were seen on all key indicators: traffic, conversion rate, average order value and purchase frequency.

Furthermore, we have placed a lot of emphasis on new features (subscription, bundles, email marketing with Klaviyo, etc.), on page loading times, on setting up good tracking of visitors and events, and on optimizing technical SEO.
