To address their need to increase conversion rates, average order value, and purchase frequency, we began with a thorough UX/CRO audit of their old store to precisely identify pain points in the customer journey (navigation, product discovery, reassurance, shopping cart, checkout). This analysis led to a structured roadmap, followed by the creation of custom, ultra-optimized mobile-first mockups, also adapted for desktop, to make the experience smoother, clearer, and more efficient at every stage of the funnel.

We then developed the new Shopify store and integrated numerous custom features, while also configuring the necessary application ecosystem. Specific work was also carried out on performance and technical SEO to ensure a clean, fast, and sustainable foundation. Finally, we managed the data migration and deployment to the Martinique and Guadeloupe stores to guarantee operational continuity and a reliable base for scaling in both markets.
