Surf Progress, a French surf training platform, contacted us because their profitability was hampered by excessively low prices. Their goal: to enhance their offerings without dissatisfying their customers and increase their average order value through smart upsells, particularly via the ReConvert app.

To achieve these goals, we began with a comprehensive heuristic audit of the user journey, accompanied by a detailed action plan. This included: adjusting the pricing strategy, identifying friction points to correct, and spotting upsell opportunities.

We then created a visual universe that was both dynamic and professional, embodying the spirit of surfing while building trust. The landing pages were redesigned to clearly present the benefits of the training courses, with strategic calls-to-action and highlighted bundled offers.

On the development side, we built custom Shopify templates and integrated ReConvert to automate post-purchase upsells. Our mobile-first approach ensures a smooth and fast experience across all devices.
