A SHOPIFY MIGRATION WITH A MAJOR SEO CHALLENGE

To ensure a smooth migration from BigCommerce to Shopify, we began with a comprehensive technical and SEO audit, mapping all URLs and prioritizing high-value content to preserve organic traffic while creating new visibility opportunities. We designed SEO-optimized page templates. Simultaneously, we simplified a highly technical catalog by redesigning the category architecture, deploying smart filters, and integrating educational content to make navigation seamless and reassuring for users of all expertise levels. The design was completely modernized: a new, more premium art direction, key pages restructured around a clear hierarchy, and product pages designed for conversion, featuring easily readable technical information and reassurance blocks. Finally, we laid a solid technical foundation with a clean Shopify theme, easy-to-animate modular components, and an optimized customer journey from search to checkout, transforming this migration into a true e-commerce acceleration.
