From our very first interactions, our mission with Brume Orpin was clear: to transform their Shopify store into a true growth engine. To achieve this, we began with a comprehensive audit of the existing site to diagnose pain points and identify concrete opportunities to improve the user journey.

We then carried out a phased redesign, working on both the visual aspect, with a more immersive design perfectly aligned with luxury codes, and commercial performance (CRO). Each section of the site was rethought to guide the user more effectively towards purchase: simplified navigation, highlighting key products, and more strategic content arrangement.

In parallel, we integrated marketing tools like Klaviyo, enabling the implementation of automated scenarios (abandoned carts, post-purchase follow-ups, newsletters), with the objective of increasing purchase frequency and fostering customer loyalty.

Result: in just 3 months, the conversion rate tripled, then quintupled in 6 months.
