Kodama Paris is an artisan tea house that doesn't just sell infusions: it offers a universe, original recipes, a creative approach to taste, and a real experience around tea. The redesign of the Shopify store therefore had to go further than a simple graphic improvement. The goal was to build a more elegant, clearer, and higher-performing platform, capable of telling the brand's story while making purchasing easier.

A SHOPIFY STORE THAT ALLOWS YOU TO SCALE

The Kodama store needed a new balance between inspiration, education, and commercial effectiveness. We therefore reworked the entire journey, from the homepage to checkout, to create a more fluid and intuitive experience. Each step was designed to guide the visitor: discovering the brand's world, understanding the different product families, quickly finding the right tea for their desires, and then purchasing without friction.

Particular attention was paid to the homepage, which plays a central role in understanding Kodama. It wasn't just about presenting products; it was about creating an atmosphere, explaining the brand's approach, and encouraging exploration of the catalog. The content was organized to better highlight Kodama's identity: original recipes, savoir-faire, taste universe, gift ideas, and consumption moments.

Collection pages were also redesigned to make navigation more efficient. Thanks to advanced search and smart filters, users can browse the catalog more easily, according to their preferences, needs, or consumption habits. This approach reduces search effort while highlighting the richness of the offering.

On product pages, the challenge was to make information clearer, more attractive, and more convincing. Content was prioritized to quickly present essential characteristics, aromatic notes, preparation tips, and reassurance elements. The goal: to create more comprehensive yet never cumbersome pages, capable of building trust and encouraging adding to the cart.

The artistic direction was completely revised to give Kodama a more premium, contemporary image, consistent with the quality of its products. The design remains clean and elegant, but with greater visual impact, better readability, and a more accomplished mobile experience. In parallel, the SEO foundations were optimized to better structure content, reinforce Google's understanding of the pages, and support the store's organic growth.

This Shopify redesign now provides Kodama with a clearer, more immersive, and more performant site, both true to its brand universe and better aligned with its e-commerce objectives.
