The former Corgenic shop had several conversion barriers. The value proposition lacked visibility, some pages contained too much secondary information, and the journey did not sufficiently guide the user toward the product matching their goal. On mobile, in particular, essential information could end up too far down the page, requiring multiple scrolls before the user could understand the product or access primary calls to action.
We therefore redesigned the Shopify shop’s architecture as a true e-commerce funnel. From the homepage, the user must quickly understand what Corgenic offers, what differentiates the brand, and how to find products tailored to their needs. Benefits, proof points, reassurance elements, and strategic categories were prioritized to create a more progressive journey: understand the brand, identify one's goal, discover relevant products, and then make the purchase.
Navigation was also deeply reworked. A new mega menu now brings together the shop’s main entry points: goals, categories, and products. This organization allows both a visitor looking for a specific product and someone seeking a solution for performance, recovery, sleep, energy, or health to find relevant content quickly.
Shopify product pages were one of the main pillars of the redesign. Their structure was revised to reveal decisive information much faster: benefits, essential features, dosage, composition, trust elements, and the add-to-cart button. Visual hierarchy and spacing were reworked with a mobile-first approach so that the most important information is accessible on the first screens. Secondary content remains available, but no longer disrupts the purchasing decision.
The cart was also simplified to reduce distractions at the moment the user is closest to conversion. Elements likely to divert attention were removed or reorganized, while reassurance elements regarding delivery, payment, and customer service were added. The journey to checkout was made more legible, with a better presentation of delivery methods and times, and a smoother experience for orders shipped to pickup points.
In parallel, Corgenic's art direction was entirely modernized. The new Shopify design adopts a more premium, structured aesthetic, more in line with the brand’s scientific and demanding positioning. The goal was to create a strong visual identity without sacrificing readability: more impact for visuals and key messages, but an interface sober enough to allow products, formulations, and quality evidence to remain at the center of the experience.
Finally, the redesign incorporated significant technical Shopify SEO work. The old structure notably presented several semantic hierarchy issues, and essential optimizations were missing on some pages. H1 and H2 tags, title tags, meta descriptions, content structure, and strategic pages were overhauled to facilitate the shop's understanding by search engines. Content is now organized around products, categories, and search intentions relevant to Corgenic, while maintaining writing designed primarily for users.
This Shopify redesign now provides Corgenic with a clearer, more premium shop that is easier to use on both mobile and desktop. The platform is no longer just a catalog of dietary supplements: it explains the brand's positioning, guides visitors according to their goals, and builds a consistent journey from discovering Corgenic to making a purchase.
