PET HOME: CREATION OF A SHOPIFY STORE FOR AN OMNICHANNEL PETCARE CONCEPT

The main challenge of the project lay in the richness of the offering. Food, health, hygiene, accessories, toys, furniture: Pet Home features products for numerous animals and from multiple brands. We organized the store to allow visitors to naturally enter the catalog based on their pet, their needs, or the brand they're looking for, without having to navigate through a succession of difficult-to-decipher categories.

This simplification logic extends to PetHome Auto Buy, designed for naturally recurring purchases, particularly food. The customer selects their products, chooses a frequency, and then organizes their reorder. The offer can also be refined according to criteria particularly relevant in the pet care universe, such as brand, category, animal age, or specific needs. The goal is to transform a recurring constraint — remembering to reorder — into a service integrated into the shopping experience.

Finally, the store had to reflect a brand that exists far beyond the e-commerce channel. The various Pet Home branches have their own presence on the site, with their contact details and access to associated services.
